Frequently asked questions

Updated 2026-10-13 · 4 min read

The questions we are asked most often, answered without hedging. If yours is not here, send it with your enquiry — it will be answered in the quotation.

Ordering

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the fabric, the decoration method and how many size and colour combinations the order is split across, so we quote MOQ per programme rather than publishing one figure. Send your design and target quantity and the quotation will state the real minimum for that job. Low MOQ, mixed sizes in one order and no penalty for trial runs is our standing policy.

Can I order mixed sizes?

Yes — mixed sizes in a single order is standard, with no balanced-pack requirement. Order the size spread your squad needs.

Do you accept trial or sample orders?

Yes. A trial run to check quality before committing to a full season is a normal order. We keep your artwork and colour references so a later repeat order is colour-matched.

Can I get a mock-up before ordering?

Yes, and it is free. Send your idea, logo or sketch and our designers return a production-ready mock-up. The mock-up exists to catch misunderstandings before production, so use it — ask for changes until it is right.

Samples and production

Can I get a physical sample?

Yes — a physical sample is available before bulk production, and for programmes where fit matters most it is the surest way to confirm the garment. A sample carries its own cost, which is stated in the quotation.

How long does production take?

Sampling and bulk production run on a fixed schedule that is agreed with you before you pay a deposit, so the date in your quotation is a committed date rather than an estimate. Tell us any fixed deadline — a season start, a tournament, a school term — in your first message and we will tell you honestly at that point whether it is achievable.

Who checks quality?

Size, print and stitching are checked before packing, as step 07 of our process. Our factory holds ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental) and ISO 45001 (health and safety) certifications, and our heat-transfer ink has been independently tested by SGS for colour fastness — see the quality page for certificate and report numbers.

Pricing and payment

How is pricing structured?

Clear EXW pricing with quantity tiers and no hidden add-ons. Because the tiers are shown, you can see what a larger run would save before committing. FOB and door-to-door terms are available if you would rather not handle freight yourself.

When is payment due?

The deposit confirms the production slot, and it is paid after the design and specification are locked in writing — step 05 of our process. The exact terms are stated in your quotation.

Are there setup costs?

Full sublimation has no per-colour setup cost, so multi-colour artwork costs the same to set up as single-colour. Screen printing needs a screen per colour and embroidery needs a digitised file; both are one-off costs stated in the quotation.

Products and capability

What can you manufacture?

Nine production lines: basketball match kits and kids basketball, soccer kits, table tennis and badminton shirts, training tops, long-sleeve tees, jackets and outerwear, and sports pants. Basketball and soccer are our flagship lines and the categories we build every day.

Do you do OEM and ODM?

Yes, fully supported. That includes your own brand labels and hem tags, your packaging, and production to your specification rather than ours. Some of the brands we manufacture for appear on our partners page.

Can you match a specific club colour?

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a club colour and we will match it. We also hold 20 standard colours off the shelf if you would rather pick from a set.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — EXW, FOB or door-to-door. We handle the export documents and can ship to your door.

Ready to price your design?

Send your artwork, quantity and size breakdown — a free digital mock-up comes back with the quotation.
