Our Factory

Printing, cutting and sewing in one building

Production sits in Zhangzhou, Fujian — China's sportswear manufacturing belt. Sublimation, embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer all run in-house, alongside cutting and sewing, which means we control the schedule rather than passing it to a subcontractor.

Above the line sits a documented management system: ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, all independently audited. You are welcome to ask for the certificates, and welcome to visit.

Four Production Techniques

Matched to your design, quantity and budget — never a one-size-fits-all answer.

Full Sublimation

Dye is transferred into the fibres of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. That means no limit on colour count, no setup cost per colour, and a print that will not crack or peel in the wash. The standard choice for polyester teamwear with complex graphics, gradients and full-surface patterns.

Best for
Polyester jersey and shorts with detailed or full-surface artwork
Limit
Polyester-rich fabrics only — cotton blends cannot be sublimited

Embroidery

Stitched logos, club crests and monograms with a raised, tactile finish. Used where a programme wants the logo to read as a fabric feature rather than a printed mark — varsity jackets, polo shirts, caps and corporate teamwear.

Best for
Crests, monograms and logos on jackets, polos and heavier fabrics
Limit
Very fine detail and small text are simplified to stay legible in thread

Screen Printing

Ink pushed through a mesh stencil, one pass per colour. The most economical method for large runs of bold, high-contrast graphics, and the right answer when a design uses a limited number of solid colours.

Best for
Bold solid-colour graphics on larger quantities
Limit
Each colour needs its own screen; photographic detail is not suitable

Heat Transfer

Printed film is pressed onto the garment, giving crisp edges and fine detail on fabric that cannot be sublimited. The workhorse method for player names, squad numbers, sponsor marks and one-off personalisation.

Best for
Names, numbers, sponsor marks and small quantities
Limit
Can be felt on the surface if pressed too heavily
